upon a petal,
metallic rain, never met so much beauty. to gallop afar, to leap the moon, to
croon in violence—such visceral passion, bending one knee, so pleased to adore
flame.
so affected
inside, unclad emotion, naked nightmare; didn’t see it creeping, whelmed by
glory, feuding in my loins; waxing, wheezing, an attitude belonging to
confidence—
to see it, to
unveil it—it’s all in her smile.
unreasonable love,
aching fierceness, campfire explosion; sweeping underbrush, doing brushwork,
loving at a human fount, a vignette, a longer love letter.
entwined in stars, tiptoeing planets, feelings
bridge mountains; upon a cliff, gazing into an abyss, it couldn’t become
dismal; a chaotic structure, a powerhouse, pure power water.
never looked too
hard, never believed in love, pure gentility, a fancy, a need to smell her kef;
never refused love, it was inadequate, it didn’t taste like love;
to have love,
meadows opening, creeks supporting swans; to hydroplane, to undress probability,
to seize muscles, gripping flesh, adapted, addicted, like love lives.
